Did you know that you can use olive oil and coconut oil as a facial skin cleanser? Because if you can ingest it, wouldn’t that be better for the outside of your body as well?

Here’s how it works: mix 1/4 cup olive oil with 1/4 cup coconut oil. Apply the oils gently onto your face to cleanse your skin. Use a damp washcloth to wipe away oils. Simple!

You can also use it as an eye makeup remover. Use a cotton ball to wipe the make up away. Simple. Natural. Better.

Today I am grateful for all things natural.

“Be natural my children. For the writer that is natural has fulfilled all the rules of art.”
(Last words, according to Dickens’s obituary in The Times.)”
