So I had a very elegant 2 tier plate server. It had 2 clear crystal glass plates. And I served sandwiches and desserts on it when I had tea parties. Ok, more like parties with tea. Ok, more like parties with iced tea. Ok, more like parties …. Oh, you get the gist.
So elegant. But after years of use and love, it broke. Story of my life. But it has a happy ending. I upcycled it by replacing the broken plates with these beautiful hand made plates by my children.
I love it! I love that they are plates made by my children and I love that I can serve desserts on it. They’re quirky. And I like that.
