LOVE is the first source of happiness. The ability to give and receive LOVE.  Did you know that if you add an ounce of LOVE to everything you do, you can reduce your level of stress? Did you know that if you focus on understanding rather than on being understood and on LOVING rather than on being LOVED, you can reduce your level of stress?  Did you know that if you learn to LOVE yourself and eliminate any destructive self talk, you can reduce your level of stress?
